We specialize in custom travel planning for individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on Caribbean destinations. From flights and accommodations to activities, excursions, and unique experiences, we handle the details so you can focus on enjoying your trip. We also assist with domestic and other international destinations — anywhere you want to go, we can help. We also assist with booking individual bookings of car rentals, flights in which you can inquire about separately.
What is a Travel Concierge, and why should I book with one instead of planning on my own?
A travel concierge is your personal travel expert—someone who takes care of every detail so you can simply enjoy the journey. Unlike booking online, a concierge offers personalized planning, exclusive deals, and insider recommendations tailored to your interests and budget. We save you hours of research, handle any issues that arise, and add thoughtful touches that make your trip feel effortless and unforgettable.
Why do you charge a consultation fee and a service fee?
The consultation fee and service fee covers the

If you decide to move forward with your booking after the consultation, your $50 consultation fee is applied toward your Celestial Hospitality service fee.
What is your refund policy?
All consultation and service fees paid to Celestial Hospitality are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your trip or modify your trip after your trip has been booked, each travel supplier (such as airlines, hotels, or tour companies) has its own cancellation and refund policies. We’ll always review those terms with you. Any eligible refunds or credits are subject to the policies of the specific travel vendor, not Celestial Hospitality.
