1. What does Celestial Hospitality do?
Celestial Hospitality is a full-service travel concierge specializing in Caribbean vacations, group travel, and corporate retreats. We plan every detail of your trip—from flights and accommodations to transportation and excursions. We’re not just travel agency we’re your personal travel concierge, with you every step of the way to personalize your experience and create truly meaningful travel.
2. What makes Celestial Hospitality different from a regular travel agency?
We offer concierge-level planning—custom itineraries, insider access, and 24/7 support before and during your trip. Our focus is on authentic, personalized and stress-free experiences, not just bookings.
3. Do you only plan Caribbean vacations?

While we specialize in the Caribbean and Puerto Rico, we plan trips worldwide. Our certified Puerto Rico Travel Specialists have expert knowledge of the islands and exclusive local connections.
4. Can you plan corporate or group travel?
Absolutely! We organize corporate incentive trips, retreats, family reunions, and group getaways, ensuring every detail—from travel logistics to group excursions—is seamless.
5. How does the travel planning process work?
To begin, you’ll book a time on my calendar and pay a $50 consultation fee to schedule our consultation, which is held via Google Meet. During this call, we’ll discuss your travel goals, preferences, and budget. The $50 consultation fee is applied toward your total service fee if you decide to move forward. During the consultation, we’ll review and determine your total service fee, from which the $50 consultation fee will be deducted.
Please note that the remaining service fee balance must be paid in full before any research or booking can begin. Once confirmed, I’ll create a personalized itinerary and handle all reservations and coordination to bring your travel plans to life.
6. Do you offer destination wedding planning?
No, we do not offer full destination wedding planning. However, we negotiate group room block rates so your family and friends can enjoy discounted stays at hotels and resorts that fit your preferred amenities and location. We also handle travel arrangements for your guests, as well as room bookings for the bride and groom and honeymoon reservations, ensuring everyone’s travel experience is smooth and stress-free.
7. Are your services available outside Rhode Island?
Yes—Celestial Hospitality proudly serves clients nationwide and internationally. We work virtually, so you can plan your perfect trip from anywhere.
8. Why do you charge a consultation fee and a service fee?
The consultation fee and service fee covers the
cover the time, research, and professional planning invested into curating your travel experience.
If you decide to move forward with your booking after the consultation, your $50 consultation fee is applied toward your Celestial Hospitality service fee.
9. What is your refund policy?
All consultation and service fees paid to Celestial Hospitality are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your trip or modify your trip after your trip has been booked, each travel supplier (such as airlines, hotels, or tour companies) has its own cancellation and refund policies. We’ll always review those terms with you. Any eligible refunds or credits are subject to the policies of the specific travel vendor, not Celestial Hospitality.
