Step 1: Complete Our Travel Inquiry Form
Start by completing our Travel Inquiry Form and sharing details about your trip. This helps us understand your travel goals, preferences, budget, and any special requests so we can begin creating a personalized travel experience tailored to your needs.
Step 2: Schedule Your Consultation
After reviewing your inquiry, we'll invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation via Microsoft Teams. During our conversation, we'll discuss your travel plans, answer questions, explain our planning process, and determine the best options for your trip.
Step 3: Planning & Research
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll begin researching and curating travel options tailored to your needs. Most bookings include our planning services at no additional cost when booked through Celestial Hospitality. If a Research & Planning Deposit is required for more complex requests, we'll discuss it with you before any work begins.
Step 4: Let the Planning Begin!
You'll receive a customized proposal for review and can secure your reservations once you're ready to book. We also monitor eligible hotel reservations for price drops and may be able to secure a lower rate when available. Because pricing and availability change frequently, we recommend booking within 7-14 days of receiving your proposal. ✨
